Hello!

I have loved live music for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I would attend concerts with my parents quite often and was always so amazed by all the thought that went into them, everything from the lighting to the confetti. In high school, I began taking my point and shoot with me into shows and quickly fell in love with the art of concert photography, where I realized that I could combine two of my favorite passions...concerts and photography! I began building my portfolio with my point and shoot images until I eventually reached out to some online publications to see if any would take a chance on me. After sending near a hundred emails in one night, I got a few responses and ran with them. I got my first official photo pass in 2019, and in the past four years have had the opportunity to photograph artists such as Taylor Swift, Post Malone, and P!NK. I have also photographed festivals such as Lollapalooza, Hangout Festival, and Forecastle. I am currently working with QRO Magazine and photograph/review shows for them as needed. In photographing live music, I attempt to capture the essence of the artist and show as a whole. I want to show the viewer the show from a new perspective, even if they have seen the show before. I think that there is always a different way to look at things, and this holds especially true when it comes to the art created through live music.
